At Harbor Soccer Club, our Player Pathway is designed to support each athlete’s development at every stage—from their first kick to competitive play and beyond.

Whether your player is just getting started or aiming for the next level, we offer intentional, age-appropriate programming focused on technical growth, game understanding, and love for the sport.

Jr. Academy (Bambini)

Ages: U6–U9
Who It’s For: New and younger players beginning their soccer journey
Focus:

• Having fun and building confidence
• Ball familiarity and basic foot skills
• Encouraging creativity and movement
• Learning to love the game

This is where it all begins—open to all players, no tryouts required.

Harbor Premier – Prospective Development Phase

Ages: U9–U11
Who It’s For: Players ready for structured training and team development
Focus:

• Individual skill development
• Small-group play and decision-making
• Learning positions and roles
• Positive, competitive environment

Players enter this phase through our Premier tryout process.

Harbor Premier – Potential Development Phase

Ages: U12–U15
Who It’s For: Players building tactical awareness and team understanding
Focus:

• Advanced technical work
• Tactical systems of play
• Mental resilience and communication
• Preparing for higher-level competition

This is where players begin to define their strengths and role within a team.

Harbor Premier – Performance Phase

Ages: U16–U19
Who It’s For: Players with a high commitment level preparing for college/high school
Focus:

• High-intensity, game-realistic training
• College prep and showcase events
• Leadership, responsibility, and consistency
• Competing at the highest level possible

Many of our players in this phase are involved in high school or collegiate programs.
