    Reminder

    Any concerns brought to team managers by team parents regarding on-field issues should be immediately to the coach and or Player Development Director - issues can include;

    • playing time
    • position
    • interaction with teammates
    • training time/field

    The manager is not expected to be a buffer/sounding board between parents & coach.
