What We Look For in Premier Coaches

Our Premier coaches are more than just instructors—they’re mentors, role models, and part of the broader Harbor family. We value those who lead by example, communicate clearly, and bring energy and joy to every training session.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Playing experience (high school, college, or higher)
• Coaching experience with the appropriate age group (7v7, 9v9, 11v11)
• USSF D License or willingness to pursue
• Strong communication and team management skills
• A heart for community and youth development
